If a problem arises within one year due to an installation error, we'll inspect the issue and make the necessary repairs at no additional cost.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Some changes in a finished basement are considered normal and are not covered under the warranty, including:

• Minor drywall settling, nail pops, or small cosmetic cracks caused by normal home settlement
• Damage caused by water intrusion, flooding, plumbing leaks outside our scope of work, or foundation movement
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, or alterations made by others
• Manufacturer defects on products or appliances (covered by the manufacturer's warranty)
• Cosmetic damage occurring after project completion
