•Site Evaluation: We inspect the area to determine drainage, soil conditions, elevation, and the best approach for a durable installation.

•Excavation: We remove existing grass, topsoil, or unsuitable material to reach stable ground. Excavation depth is determined by the intended use of the slab and local soil conditions.

•Proper Grading: The area is graded to promote positive drainage, helping direct water away from your home and preventing pooling around the slab.

•Compacted Gravel Base: We install a crushed gravel base and compact it thoroughly with professional equipment. This creates a stable foundation that minimizes settling, cracking, and movement over time.

•Precise Forming: Forms are carefully measured, squared, and leveled to ensure clean edges, accurate dimensions, and proper thickness throughout the slab.

•Reinforcement: When appropriate, we install rebar or wire mesh to improve structural strength and reduce the risk of cracking, especially for driveways, hot tub pads, and other heavy-load applications.

•Expansion and Control Joints: We strategically place joints to allow the concrete to expand and contract with seasonal temperature changes, helping control where natural shrinkage cracks occur.

If an issue arises within one year due to improper installation, we'll inspect the problem and repair the affected area at no cost to you.

Our Warranty Covers:

• Improper grading or drainage caused by our workmanship
• Issues related to incorrect forming or finishing
• Workmanship-related failures that prevent the concrete from performing as intended

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Concrete is a natural material, and some changes over time are normal. The warranty does not cover:

• Hairline shrinkage cracks that naturally occur during the curing process
• Minor color variations or cosmetic imperfections
• Damage caused by ground movement, frost heave, earthquakes, flooding, or other natural events
• Damage resulting from excessive loads, misuse, impact, or alterations made by others
• Normal wear and weathering
• Damage caused by de-icing chemicals, salt, or improper maintenance

We use industry-standard installation practices, quality materials, and proper site preparation to minimize the risk of future issues. Our goal is to deliver concrete that performs beautifully for years, and if there's ever a workmanship issue within the first year, we'll make it right.
