A great pickleball court starts with a solid foundation. We handle all necessary excavation, grading, and site preparation before the concrete is poured. The area is properly graded and compacted with a road base to create a stable foundation, promote proper drainage, and help prevent settling or cracking over time.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Every complete pickleball court installation from Silver Crown includes a 1-year workmanship warranty beginning on the date of substantial completion.

This warranty covers defects caused by our installation or workmanship, including issues related to site preparation, concrete placement, acrylic court coating, striping, net installation, and lighting installation.

If a covered workmanship issue develops during the warranty period, Silver Crown will inspect the affected area and, when applicable, repair or correct the issue at no additional labor cost to the homeowner.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, normal concrete shrinkage or hairline cracking, damage caused by ground movement or settling outside of our control, improper use, impact damage, severe weather, deicing chemicals, alterations performed by others, irrigation or drainage issues originating outside the project area, or manufacturer defects covered separately by the product manufacturer.

Acrylic surfaces will naturally wear over time and may require future cleaning, recoating, or maintenance depending on use and exposure.

Manufacturer warranties for items such as nets, posts, lighting fixtures, coatings, and other installed products remain subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms.
