Proper preparation is essential for a durable, long-lasting stamped concrete installation. Our standard preparation includes:

• Site layout and preparation
• Excavation as needed to achieve proper concrete and base depth
• Removal of loose or unsuitable material
• Installation and compaction of a proper gravel base
• Forming to the required dimensions and elevations
• Grading for appropriate drainage
• Reinforcement as required for the project
• Final preparation before concrete placement and stamping

Additional excavation, hauling, grading, demolition, drainage work, or replacement of unsuitable soil may result in additional charges if conditions are discovered that were not visible at the time of the estimate.

Silver Crown Construction provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on stamped concrete installations.

This warranty covers defects directly related to our installation and workmanship, including:

• Excessive surface peeling, flaking, or scaling caused by improper installation
• Significant stamping defects caused by improper application
• Premature failure of the stamped finish due to workmanship
• Installation-related defects determined to be the responsibility of Silver Crown Construction

Warranty Exclusions

Due to the natural characteristics of concrete, this warranty does not cover:

• Cracking, including hairline or shrinkage cracks
• Normal color variations or differences between concrete pours
• Variations in stamp depth, texture, or appearance inherent to stamped concrete
• Fading or discoloration caused by weather, UV exposure, chemicals, deicing salts, or normal wear
• Damage caused by ground movement, settlement, freeze/thaw conditions, drainage issues, or circumstances outside our control
• Chips, scratches, stains, or damage caused after installation
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or third-party work

Stamped concrete is a handcrafted product, and minor variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal and contribute to its natural appearance.

Warranty period begins on the date installation is completed.
